Initially the product was very spacious, for a backpack it seemed quite sturdy. It was stylish and sat well on my back. I walk/take the bus to work and carry all of my stuff in my backpack, so I needed one that was roomy and strong/endurance. However, after three weeks BOTH zippers broke and could not be repaired. They broke within minutes! I'm so frustrated - I needed a new backpack just because the zipper on my old one broke. after FOUR YEARS OF USE. NOT THREE WEEKS! It is ridiculous. Herschel aims to be a respected company that makes good, durable products. but your zippers suck. Fast return.
