Here is an example of poor engineering. The rotary selector doesn't have an effective debounce circuit, so scrolling through the menus is really annoying. I've seen this complaint from others and I've seen it on more than one device. I even replaced the rotary encoder with a higher quality device and it didn't matter. This is a code issue. The user interface is not great. Simple changes like frequency range or center frequency are unintuitive and the awful instructions are almost unreadable. However, it gets the job done and I've used it to tune the antennas. Also, it's compact and inexpensive, so the value for money is enough to buy it, but the software needs a major upgrade!
