Bought to literally shed some light on a couple of closets in our house that weren't already lit. Since they are battery operated I chose not to stick them on the back of the devices. I decided to just install them on the inner door skin. This way, when the batteries need to be changed, I don't have to squirm around to change the batteries. I simply pick up the device and can easily change and reinsert the batteries. One on top of a small cabinet works well but the other on the bottom makes it easy to see everything in the cabinet. Motion sensors also work well in daylight.
