Ideal size for high potency food products.
I am a Licensed Nurse and have started working with medical IVs and food. The biggest issue I've had with edibles is that the gummy and chocolate molds make the product too damn big for a single serving. These hearts are about the size of three M&Ms, which is perfect for my work. The chocolates I made fit the molds snugly and come out very easily. Cleaning is also easy. I just toss them in the top rack of the dishwasher and they're ready to use again.
