It only took 10 seconds to put it on my back. It was tight on the first day and left marks on the wrist, now it fits perfectly. I bought M/L and am quite skinny so make sure to order a larger one. I wish the yellow area was a little prettier, but it's on the inside of my wrist. I'm glad the most beautiful parts are next to the watch where you can see the most. I also want the grouping to be more even (I have a section that it seems to go into) but you can move it around and it really doesn't make much of a difference, just appearance. In general I am very happy with the group.
