Wanted my handlebar higher and closer. This did just that.
This stem was easy to install and did exactly what I needed. Don't forget to apply your front brakes and rock the front of the bike to check that your bearing are tight between the down tube and the fork. If not loosed the stem then crank down on the top bolt to snug it up a tad. Then tighten your stem bolts to the proper torque with a torque wrench.
