While the price was pretty good for a set of 4 suitcases and I really like the style and colors, the durability is not good. These are very cheaply made and I don't expect them to last long. The first set I ordered had to be sent back because the manufacturer packaging is absolutely horrible! It is a total joke and very susceptible to being damaged in shipping. One of the wheels was broke straight out of the box, literally the broken wheel was poking through! After complaining and getting an exchange that wasn't damaged, I took and used the biggest case for a 2 week trip to South Dakota and while it did survive the air travel and very rough handling by the baggage handlers, I did have some issues. The overall construction of these suitcases are not well made. The bottom of it, when upright on the wheels, is not reinforced and very prone to cave in and deform when packed full. Packed at 48lb, it was a little unstable and sometimes wanted to tip, with a 38lb garment bag laying on top of it, it was nearly impossible to steer or keep upright. It started to cave in and nearly bent a wheel. I have seen much better options for reasonable prices. If you travel frequently, spend a little more and get better quality that will last.If you just need a cheap suitcase for a quick trip, this may work for you but if you are looking for a set for the family or something that will last I don't recommend these.
