It's not worth the hassle of assembling and dealing with broken parts, advice helps

Good thing: when everything was finally assembled it was a bit tighter. This is exactly the size and height I need. I think it will be fine structurally if not cosmetically. Bad: I have a PhD and it took me about 5 hours to put this together. DO NOT PRE-DRILL HOLES! They're a bit clogged, but you really have to drive the screws into the wood. I had to use a power tool - some I didn't push hard enough to screw in and just broke the "wood" (I have sensitive hands haha). Some had no indication at all of where to put nails or screws. You will need your own tools, and there are quite a few. The support pins that hold the pieces together don't fit well and require a good hard hit, but don't hit too hard or you'll puncture the materials. It's difficult to align everything, so the doors open easily. All surfaces are made of very cheap material that can be scratched, compounded by very poor protection in transit. This was actually my second order as the first one got destroyed; I received a replacement with a cracked drawer bottom and top on one side. The packaging just isn't appropriate for the weight of the furniture, and it looks like the parts are packed in the order you assemble them (not the order they're best protected!). Most of the tiny stickers identifying the parts were peeling off, so I had to guess and check the directions. Also, the instructions seem to require you to break the pieces apart by first putting all the small pieces in the holes and then trying to move and pick them up. Tips: Here are some things I found helpful: * Send it back! Seriously, check the box for damage before you begin. * Wrap some rubber bands around the drawers, then pinch them together with pliers to screw secure. *If you're missing cabinet door holes, the center section is probably upside down. It fits on one side even if it's upside down. * If your doors hang incorrectly, tighten the whole unit when assembling the back panel. Have a partner help you slide up one direction and down the other while driving nails into the back wall. Believe it or not, it should fit well with the top and bottom and both sides, making it about 5 times more stable. the "bad" parts (large, unfinished, deformed) of the pins first so you can use the "good" side to slide during assembly. Screws - if you press too hard on the parts themselves they usually break off. * Have wood glue handy to fix lots and lots of chips.

Cons
