For some reason (*cough*wife walks out of the Open the door *cough*) we have a lot of flies at home. I've been through several fly swatters that always seem to break under load if they kill more than two flies apiece. So I finally left enough clues for Father's Day to get the Bug-a-Salt pistol, which is a really fun way to kill them. But to be honest, this fly swatter is far superior to even her. It takes a good hit and the flies don't notice, which surprised me a bit when it comes to something this durable. The only thing I would change is that the tiny screw you attach to the fly swatter turns with the nut once you tighten it almost all the way down so you can't really tighten it and you tighten it regularly must (so don't lose the supplied Allen key).
