Rethink the packaging of earphones. That's wrong.
The pitcher is beautiful. I know it's used a lot! But the packaging was very imperfect. The inner sleeves are plugged into each other with a plastic bag. It was so hard to separate them. It took me forever to stir it up. I also bought one for my girlfriend in Tennessee at the same time and she has the same problem. She tried every way she could to disconnect the ice maker from the deactivator, eventually breaking the deactivator while trying to disconnect it. This plastic must be removed.
