I'm generous with 3 stars. Absolutely no instructions; the wall anchors were strange and useless; and the build quality was poor. After replacing the anchors with good ones, I was finally able to install and get these to work. I realized that almost all of the questions and answers were staged salespeople (and probably many of the testimonials as well), but I went further. and still bought it. When I received this I was confused by the wall anchors - they made no sense. And fixing it with adhesive strips makes even less sense! You will pull the glue every time you take the broom or whatever off the rollers. This glue will also crumble in the house over time. But in the garage, where do I want to keep my broom, WetJet & Co. and where are they exposed to greater temperature fluctuations? nope Adhesive strips are an absurd solution. So I knew I had to install it with hardware. I tried to drill holes the same size as the crazy and weird plastic anchors they supplied. But of course it didn't work - once the anchors were set, they just spun uselessly. I finally got them by getting self-drilling drywall anchors. And only after that did I realize that the holes in the mounting plates themselves weren't perfectly round. I had to drill them out too. If you buy them and expect them to stay in place for a few years, you can count on having a little craftsmanship and a couple of decent drywall anchors on hand.
