Recently, I had an awful encounter with the KOAUTO web shop. I ordered the engine parts I needed well in advance of my impending competition, but they kept getting delayed. I wasted time and money waiting for replacement components that turned out to be of low quality and ineffective. Long wait times and unprofessional staff were other issues with KOAUTO's customer care. By not offering a refund or any form of compensation, it was clear that they placed profit over consumer happiness. In general, I think KOAUTO is a terrible option for anyone shopping for auto components. It's not worth the trouble to deal with their low-quality goods and unpredictable support. I urge you to look elsewhere for suppliers because they care about their customers and produce excellent goods.
