I like that it is easy to use for our team of developers who are not as familiar yet using cloud services or tools in general but this service has helped us get some great results so far! There's nothing really i dislike at all just be aware there might have been something you were unaware off which could cause issues later down the line if they change their policy/pricing structure etc.. We've used fly mainly because we wanted an easier way than creating new accounts everytime (we're building out multiple sites). It was super simple once set up since everything can happen through one dashboard including sending emails via templates built into them too easily without needing any code knowledge from my end either developer side nor frontend development skillset needed - saves time overall.
