works great and very easy to use. There are some good YouTube videos if you don't know how. Make sure you pry the plastic properly (just a long screwdriver or a thin but strong wall plug works great), otherwise you'll often get stress marks. As a souvenir, all you need is 1 star and 1 Phillips head (and crowbar). This is very easy to fix. Keep in mind that the reason you need to replace this is probably because it got wet, so fix the leaking seal around the rear window or it will happen again (it's also easy to fix if you just have a 1 /4" soft surgical tubing inserted into the pad, also here is a YouTube video if needed).
