Buy a set of these patches to mend a small scuff on the back pockets of one of my jeans. My first impression of them when I took them out of the bag was that they were pretty thin for a denim patch and certainly not real denim material. They're more like the flimsy materials that cheap bandanas are made of, just dead to look like denim. I was willing to ignore it as I saw that the patch I chose was very similar to the jeans I was patching. The application was pretty easy; Iron hot, press on, done. There's a bit more as instructed, but it's pretty much a process. First thought was that it looked like it would work, then I washed the jeans as usual. The patch did not survive a single wash cycle. The glue did not stand the drying and began to peel off at all edges. Now I can just pull the patch off my jeans with no effort. I have images that I want to upload later, for some reason Revain won't let me upload them now. my needs. That's what I get for chasing a deal when I should have stuck with the more well-known brands JoAnn and Micheal's Carry. Needless to say I would not recommend this product.
