They are listed as Nano but only work as Duemilanove

The website says Nano and they replace Nano but are not programmed as Nano. You must select "Arduino Duelmilanove". I'm still testing them but they seem to work great after I settled on "Arduino Duelmilanove". Introducing Blink, UltraSonic design, Introducing I2C design with one as master and the other as slave. worked fine. would buy again. All you have to do is put them in the shopping cart marked "Arduino Duelmilanove".
