As a group of avid cyclists, we understand the significance of having top-notch gear to ensure a secure and enjoyable journey. For this reason, we were thrilled to find the CYCWEAR online shop. But our joy was short-lived because of the many problems we had with our purchases. To begin with, the website's poor layout made it challenging to locate specific information. When we finally did place our orders, it took much longer than anticipated for them to arrive, so we had to cancel some of our transportation plans. But when we finally got our hands on the goods, the true trouble started. The website promoted itself as selling high-quality equipment, but the items we got were clearly not of that standard. Several of our goods were flawed, and one of them even malfunctioned upon first use. Customer service was not only unhelpful but also slow to react to our issues. It seemed like CYCWEAR cared more about earning a quick buck than satisfying their customers with high-quality goods and services. We are serious about our gear and expect nothing less from companies that say they appeal to cyclists. We were left with a sour flavor in our mouths after CYCWEAR disappointed us. If you're looking for high-quality riding equipment, we suggest looking elsewhere.
