First, technology and customer service don't exist! The product ordered was what was received and where size was left. Never worked from the start, according to many it is your provider not our product. Got an RMA number from them for a replacement, wait wait, they want me to "BUY" a temporary router while I ship this junk back to them for a replacement. In any case, the router will not work when the network reaches gigabyte speeds over Wi-Fi, causing the connection to drop constantly. Now I'm just trying to get a refund while I go shopping for my temporary router. So at your own risk! Oh, and customer service is a joke, just a joke.
