I have an original PS4 model and we recently brought it to the playroom which has a tv stand with slots for consoles. Unfortunately, there is a wall at the back and the gap gets very hot because the heat cannot escape so easily. This made my PS4 run hotter and louder than usual and definitely felt hotter. I have these fans in the slot. One is facing the back of my PS4 and the other is tilted to take the hot hair and push it forward. It changed everything I wanted and hoped for. Although they don't have much noise this is a playroom and I don't need it to be quiet so I need that. So far away very happy with them and the air they move. I'll see how long they last because that's the only thing that will change my estimate for now.
