They are not stainless steel as described. The welds are of poor quality, rust is visible in all seams. The bolts didn't fit my '99 Wide Glide. The connections at the bottom are abrasive and will damage all bags. I didn't expect good quality for such a price, but I didn't expect such poor quality either. I tried installing it with my own hardware and it pushed against the rear caliper so much that the rear brake stopped working due to the pressure shift. That's right, this product, if installed without modifications, CAN DISABLE YOUR REAR BRAKE.
