I've had problems with the camera since day one. First, I couldn't login to the camera because the camera was previously used and the default password was changed. So I contacted Hikvision to change the password. Hikvision wanted the serial number of the camera. Finally, Hikvision replied that the serial number does not match their database and that this camera is not from an authorized dealer.
