This Neoflam cookware set is a dream. I am very happy with them. I love that nothing sticks to them, damn you can burn your food and it won't stick; it just slips off. **ahem** Of course not that I do, but once a piece of chicken breast became too crispy for me. No damage, no dirt in the pan. I love that this is a 7 piece set; I could have bought a larger set but I wanted to narrow down the number of pans to what I would actually use and that's about it. I use a pressure cooker a lot (the inner pot of the pressure cooker is stainless steel, by the way, so there's no Teflon in it either), but you can't cook on the PC all the time. I've had them for over a month now and I asked them where they've been all my culinary life. I'm tired of buying cheap Teflon-coated pans from discount stores, throwing them away when they're badly scratched, and worrying all the time about Teflon flakes in my food. I decided to invest in a set of non-stick frying pans that are Teflon-free and easy to maintain. That's all and more than I thought I could afford without spending hundreds of dollars. They are very low maintenance, lightweight, heat up very quickly and are perfect for my family of 5 cooking needs. I tried a similar set of pots with the same non-Teflon coating that I liked, but the large pot was too big and I didn't see myself using it very often. I returned and ordered this set. Compared to the first set, I like that they aren't huge, huge; but they are not small either. The handles get hot, but they come with built-in silicone nails, and I like the fact that the handles are easier to grip since they aren't harsh. When they're not hot, you can wrap a finger or two around the handle for a more secure grip. The handles on the pot and pan fit comfortably in the hand and do not get hot. I also love that the lids are see-through. I would ask/suggest the manufacturer to make them in lots of fun colors. I love pink but wish I had more colors to choose from than the cream ones that come in the same set but each color is a lot more fun than your regular soft pans. When cooking, you also need eye candy. They decorate the kitchen. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have raved about them to my friends and family.
