I use parchment for many of the dishes that I cook in the oven or reheat/reheat in the toaster and find sheets of parchment to be much easier to work with. I hate it when you take a piece off the roll and can't straighten it or cut a straight piece. With these plates you don't have to worry about that. I've also found that these sheets feel a little thicker than roll sheets and therefore have less dripping through them and are easier to clean. Best of all, they seem to be just the right size for my toaster tray and some baking sheets, so I just pull the sheet out, place it on the baking sheet, put the food on it, and pop it in the oven or toaster. . I plan to keep buying them as they are great.
