Nice but didn't work and stickers were missing

I don't think I got the right one, I just opened it up and the connectors weren't like the picture or the instructions that I really saw. I don't know it wasn't mine, but I hook everything up and can't get it to idle or rev? I'll be back the same day I received it 🤦🤦
