This bottle is always with me and really saved me this summer. I went keto for the first time last summer and found it difficult to get all my electrolytes and stay hydrated. I'm still on keto this summer. I have used these drops regularly when I am feeling imbalanced and feel better immediately. This is something I've struggled with a lot and I'll probably order a larger bottle to keep at home, but this little dropper is perfect for keeping in my bag. I tried a drop and it tastes like sea water. Mixed with water, I hardly taste it. Maybe a little saltier. If this bothers you, you can add more water to the mixture.
