I am using the latest version/updates of Mac OS X. After installing the software, I launched the application to download pictures from the desktop. It will ask you to make sure the frame is in "Update" mode. Well, there is no update mode. The website has been checked for a software update, same version as submitted. I was able to access the frame through the Windows VM, so I know the device is not at fault. However, all of my photos were in iPhoto, so they didn't get much use. My MIL was in town trying to get into my wife's profile but it got stuck. So she restarted her computer. It freezes on a white screen. I told her to disable the frame and she started right away. The day before Mother's Day I wasted 3 hours loading pictures into this thing as a special gift from the kids. Thanks but no!
