Review on 🌡️ High Temperature Thermocouple Probe -50 to 500℃, K Type Sensor, Right Angle Surface, 1 Piece by Adam Matthews

I use this rectangular surface temperature probe to measure aluminum surfaces before welding. It has a surprisingly quick response time and seems well designed to keep convective air currents away from the sensing element. For surfaces, this probe works much better than just touching a bare thermocouple. I haven't properly tested the accuracy, but at room temperature this sensor (mounted on a cheap digital thermometer) agrees with my incandescent bulb thermometer.
