I've been using it for about a month and the results are good. Here are a few tricks I think make them more effective: When researching before using, I read comments from several dermatologists who said it would be better if added to skincare products - luckily you CAN do it yourself; I apply the retinol serum and night cream, wait a few minutes between them and then gently tug at the skin before applying a patch a few minutes later. I also sleep with a sleep mask which helps keep frownie on my face. To remove it, make sure you soak the patch with water to loosen it (you don't need anything special to remove it). I only wear a patch for wrinkles at night (11) and they are definitely less visible than they were. I'm also seeing better results than the last time I tried them and I think that's because of the serum and lotion I've added to my routine. Sometimes my morning 11s go away completely, although they come back and are more noticeable during the day when I haven't had enough sleep or when I'm dehydrated. I hope the more I use the patches the better the results, but I've definitely seen improvement already and I'm happy to keep using them, even if at this point they just keep the lines from getting worse.
