I bought these for my kitchen which is red, gray and black. It is pink and very light grey. (Black is black.) They also bled in the washing machine and had lint all over them that didn't remove very well in the dryer. So not happy. They're soft and seem to absorb quite well, although I haven't really tested them on anything yet. Just a few drops per plastic bag. And it's good value considering you get a 6. But color is very important to me. For the kitchen, light gray and black are suitable, outside I take pink. But I won't buy them again. UPDATE: The lint may have come from something my sister-in-law washed right in front of me, but it still attracts lint and is difficult to remove. With better lighting in my kitchen, black looks more like a darker blue. They are VERY absorbent. I've bought washable sandwich bags and one of their problems is drying. Dry them with a regular towel and spread them around the kitchen, placing them on top of bottles, jars and the like so the inside is dry enough to take them out. Stick my hand in there, wrapped in one of those towels, and they'll dry. Simply that way. So apart from a big disappointment in the color I could really buy them again.
