My daughter is 4 months old, she sleeps with me in the same room. It's an apartment building and the heat is very dry. I originally ordered this in hopes of helping her with constipation. She didn't have a cold, but she woke up very stuffy every morning. This works very well. When I need minimal noise I can keep it low, but I've also noticed when the heat gets unbearable (an apartment building, as I said, sometimes no matter what it looks like, 100 degrees, even with my heating off based on the heat of another person). level), but it actually makes our room nice and cool. I can turn up the volume which makes more noise but I still like that sound at night. If you tend to overheat and like it cooler when you sleep this helps a lot, I feel like it's almost the equivalent of air conditioning (my bedroom is smaller). The projector with changing color of the moon and stars is a really nice bonus to make it more interesting for kids too!
