My new favorite kitchen utensil.
Received this a week ago and it's my new favorite kitchen utensil. I've used it to take pasta from boiling water, pancakes from hot fat, as breadcrumbs, and to skim broth as I cook them. Easy to clean, durable and well made. I wonder why I didn't buy a year ago.
