2008 F250 Super Duty 5.4 3-valve fits and looks the same as OEM

fit exactly like OEM on my 2008 F250 Super Duty 5.4 3-valve. Recently I timed my F250 and as I took it apart, changed the water pump, had no problems with the original but has 102k miles on it so why not? looks the same, drove 1000 km after installation and no problems UPDATE, 180000 km, still good
