Separate and tip in cylinder

The right one is Ford. The left one is this brand. Literally 50 km after installation, the tip came off and went into the cylinder. I only found out about this because my SCT tuner showed an open circuit on the #7 glow plug. Checked for oil leaks. Pulled out and the tip is gone, used the endoscope to make sure it wasn't still in the shafts, but no. was in the cylinder. Now I have to pull my head. They'll be hearing from me soon with a bill for repairs.
