Great little oven, cooks perfectly toasted bagels fast and more. That's exactly what I wanted. took off a star for two reasons. The crumb tray is difficult to remove, it gets stuck there. It took five awkward minutes with pliers and a screwdriver to remove. Now it slides in and out with little effort. Another problem is the print settings. Even with three lights on in my kitchen, I couldn't read anything. I now have an old book lamp on the counter that I can light straight from the settings and this solves the problem for me. Such a great product but a little common sense in design could go a long way.
