I love that I no longer have to preheat the oven for smaller items. I find this toaster very handy and the perfect size. Doesn't take up much countertop space. Great little oven, cooks perfectly toasted bagels fast and more. That's exactly what I wanted. took off a star for two reasons. The crumb tray is difficult to remove, it gets stuck there. It took five awkward minutes with pliers and a screwdriver to remove. Now it slides in and out with little effort. Another problem is the print settings. Even with three lights on in my kitchen, I couldn't read anything. I now have an old book lamp on the counter that I can light straight from the settings and

My wife and I bought this toaster to replace our old oven. We love the size; It can hold a lot of food and holds large pots. The learning curve is quite easy; but you need to play with it a little to learn how to bake and then change the temperature. The toaster takes too long and we want it to work like a regular toaster. Bought to replace an old Hamilton Beach that kept breaking down, the top burners stopped working a few months ago and the unit would not always turn on. It's a bit smaller, but serves its purpose.
