My wife and I bought this toaster to replace our old oven. We love the size; It can hold a lot of food and holds large pots. The learning curve is quite easy; but you need to play with it a little to learn how to bake and then change the temperature. The toaster takes too long and we want it to work like a regular toaster. We have used it many times on casseroles, toast, muffins, pizza, muffins, garlic bread and a few other dishes. Four stars for ease of use shouldn't put you off buying this oven. We haven't used the convection part of the oven yet. We have been using this oven for about four months. This keeps us from using the large oven in the kitchen.
