Bought to replace an old Hamilton Beach that kept breaking down, the top burners stopped working a few months ago and the unit would not always turn on. It's a bit smaller, but serves its purpose. I agree with users who say the settings are hard to read. The crumb tray is stuck, just open the door, push the tray and pull it out. After that no problem with it. Frying in this device is a bit difficult, it's not very clear in the book which one to use, top slot or bottom slot. Using the bottom slot will result in one side being burned, if you are not careful when using the top slot the roast will be uneven while still being mindful of the correct settings. This is only used for reheating and toasting, so I'm not sure how cooking or baking will turn out. ****To the manufacturer: do something with the color of the settings, the settings of the dial are almost in color like the background, it should be changed to bright white, this will increase the number of positive reviews.
