The material is non-compression so skip if that's what you're looking for

I thought it would have more compression especially on shorts in the stomach area but the fabric is just really stretchy. It's very cute and I wouldn't mind wearing it as a casual outfit. The top and shorts have tight ribbing around the hem, which may feel too tight after wearing for a long time. Very nice but without support. So I think it's good for yoga not to lift a lot.
