For years I tried to stay away from electric razors because after a close shave they irritated my face like hell, like I'd shaved a thin layer of skin off my cup. However, about 2 weeks ago I found one of these (electric) razors in a box in my garage - and lo and behold - it's charged and ready to use. So I used it the same night I found it and to my surprise it didn't take off my face. The shave I got from him was substandard, but that's to be expected from a razor I bought shellfish for $60 in 2008. After seeing that a men's electric razor had come a long way, and that this particular electric razor only cost less than $35, I decided to give it a try and drop the splinters where they can. Fast forward to 2021, when I used a men's electric shaver twice. WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE! It works perfectly, I have used all 3 nozzles, I am very satisfied with everything. The sideburn trimmer is a huge plus as it works flawlessly. Just be patient with it and it will do EXACTLY what you want it to. My device is fine, no crashes or glitches. Take a chance, I'm sure you'll shave it as stunningly as I did. =
