I love how easy it is to use, the flexibility in terms of the different templates that are available, and how quickly you can get up and running with a new template. The support team is really great as well - they will work with you to figure out what your needs are and help you set it up properly. There isn't much to dislike about this product. If you're looking for a simple way to manage your contact center, then this is the right choice for you. We've been able to improve our ability to track the status of calls and messages, as well as being able to create reports to show call volume trends over time.
