Last year I started running before work while it was still dark. I used to only use a headlamp, but it didn't give me enough light and I was afraid of tripping and falling. I heard about these shoe lights and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. I love her! I've been using both a headlamp and shoe lights for the past few weeks and I see much better on pre-dawn runs. I recommend following the "extended lacing" technique to ensure they stay in place. I will also mention that initially I had a problem that was my own fault. I contacted the company and a very friendly representative helped resolve the issue. Great product and excellent customer service! These guys have a customer for life!
