I LOVE these silicone mats. I bake/cook in the oven a lot and it's so great. I was trying to produce less waste so I needed an alternative to tin foil and parchment paper and I wish I had bought it sooner. They are super non-stick and don't even need oiling. Nothing sticks to them! The only thing is that they are difficult to wash by hand. When I put them in the dishwasher they sometimes come out with detergent still dry, but I think that's more of an issue with my dishwasher than the mats themselves. Definitely recommend!
