Review on Enhance Precision with HHIP 2002 0013 Piece Indexable Turning Set by Chad Carter

I returned it because: 3 out of 7 tools had inserts that weren't even remotely "sharp": their seemingly blunt cutting edge wouldn't even cut the nail! body foam. By the way, contrary to what can be seen in the picture, there are no cutouts for keys in the foam (only for cutting tools). The keys are simply on top, separated from the tools by a thin sheet of paper.
