The garage door is insulated.
I ordered this insulation to insulate the garage doors that get constantly heated up in the sun in the summer. Measuring and cutting out the pieces took a long time but wasn't difficult. My garage is about 10 degrees cooler during the day, but stays warm at night. I hope it stays that way in winter too. Overall I would give the product 4 stars.
