Review on C.O. Bigelow My Favorite Night Balm No 306 .34 oz - Triple Pack Deal! by Rebecca Carter

Firstly, I must clarify that this review is for a PRODUCT that was sent to me when I ordered three packs of My Favorite Night Balm. The REAL product is great. I have terribly dry and chapped lips and what is worse I have a very bad habit of plucking them because they bother me a lot. A friend gave me one of the lip balms and swore it was great and knew I struggled with all kinds of lip balms and lip balms. What she gave me was perfect. However, the store near me that sold it stopped selling it. So I ordered three packs here. I firmly believe that the product I received is counterfeit. The labels have been torn off. Which wouldn't bother me if that was all. While all three tubes had "security seals". The one I opened looked vaguely used (there were streaks of leftovers) and the product that came out didn't have the look, texture, smell or taste of the real product I originally had. . It was sticky and felt like some sort of regular petroleum jelly. Revain customer service is kind enough to help me set up a refund, but I wanted to warn others. Don't waste your money here. You may not receive the real product and think the real product is crap. I buy a lot from Revain (don't I?) and have generally had a very good experience. Beware.
