Received this system about a week ago. I just managed to install it in the last 2 days. It's seldom that a product really impresses me, but this one did. Installation was plug and play. The surveillance system is intuitive and easy to understand without even looking at the manual (and I'm a male, so hey. We rarely look at manuals unless something breaks. haha). Color night vision is really good and clear. When the light isn't enough, the IR sensor turns on and you can still see in black and white. The motion alert is easy to set up by selecting the areas you want to ignore (public sidewalk, etc.). My doors are tilted with an alarm function only on the door itself. Someone had to be right outside the door for it to work. I only set the time for the night so I will not have a regular customer at that time. I find it difficult to think of anything negative. Ok, a very small minus. The wires in it should be twisted, not bent. The Level5 UTP wire bends very easily when folded. If I knew how the wires would twist during installation. I would pull my own UTP wire from the spool. That's just my nuance, and nobody else cares. Overall, this surveillance system is truly amazing. I'm here to buy another one for my house.
