This is an amazing product and I love the fact that it is clean and you can measure the dose accurately. It only takes me 5-6 days, but I already feel a surge of strength and my mood has improved a bit. I stopped exercising due to lack of motivation and started to accept it. I've been training 4 of the last 5 days so I feel energized and initiative enough to make a big difference for me. It doesn't taste that bad, and I'm now eating it twice a day while I'm getting used to it. I've found that if I take the full dose I get too relaxed - not exactly tired, but too relaxed to take the initiative, so after the first day I tried half the dose (250mg) and it was MUCH more . I got better and felt a lot more energetic and it has been for me ever since. I would say it gets me more uplifted at the lower dose (250mg) and now more calming down at the full dose (500mg) --- but --- I find that as I get used to it I guess it will change. I would recommend anyone to start with a lower dose and see what it does for them before attempting a higher dose but this product is HIGH quality as I have taken MANY supplements as well as many different medications over the years , and this is THE REAL DEAL.
