At the current price of $17.29, this manicure bench is more reasonably priced than a competitor with the same bench. The quality of the workmanship is pretty good but the legs elevate this bench about 5.25" off the ground. Since the bench is narrow on top, the person leaning their hands may have a tendency to tip this over. In addition, there are no rubber feet on the "legs." As a result, it is necessary to put a towel under this bench to keep it from slipping when placed on a solid non-stick surface.Other than this, this bench is very nice. If it were lower to the ground, about two inches wider, and had rubberized feet on the bottom, this would have received 5 stars. In its current state it is functional but not the best it could be. The fact that it smells is also bothersome to me. I suppose it could double as a child's pretend ironing board.
