Arrived on time. Part of a putting line marker, very cracked tip when marking the first ball. I suspect that's how he arrived, but I didn't realize it until I started marking the ball. Otherwise it holds the ball well and allows the ball to be marked as described. If it hadn't been hacked, he would have felt perfectly safe. I wish it was made out of a more durable material. It's not something I have to carry in my bag when I'm making balls at home during a downpour or "down time". I need to fix the cracked part so it doesn't fall apart completely like it does when it's not cared for.
