The bottle itself is good and seems very strong. The cover is fairly light and will help scratch the bottle, but is unlikely to stop a dent. The problems I'm having (and seeing from other posts) are the lack of included parts. The seller made a lot of effort to show which product is better as it comes with 2 caps (I received 1), a carabiner (I did not receive), a cleaning brush (I did not receive). I chose this because my daughter needed a larger bottle to hang on the fence while exercising. Not including it really defeats the reason for buying it. I'm wondering why Q&A has so many issues with delivered content that links need to be provided to contact customer support. Maybe this would make it easier to just insert promoted content?
